Not all's well between the Band Baaja Baaraat couple.
Buzz has it that Anushka wasn’t too happy with Ranveer’s closeness to his new co-stars. She was very possessive about him and did not want him to mingle with her contemporaries. Ranveer’s instant stardom and fame has made him a huge hit among women and Anushka is not able to take it lightly.
Post the release of BBB, however, when Ranveer got busy, Anushka wasn't too happy seeing him spend time with other female co-workers.
Ranveer, who is to perform at an awards function soon, will be seen dancing with three television beauties - Ragini, Ankita Lokhande and Rashmi Desai. While rehearsing, the actor, it is heard, got a call from Anushka who was worried that he was spending too much time with Ragini.
He's performing to a medley of songs, so he was spending a lot of time with the girls, which didn't go down well with his girl.
One day, he got a call from Anushka during rehearsals, asking him why he was spending time with Rashmi, the Uttaran girl.
He didn't take kindly to being accused of getting overfriendly with another girl when he was merely working. A huge argument ensued, which everyone on the set overheard. Later, a friend was seen pacifing Ranveer."
However, the duo never publicly admitted that they were indeed dating each other. But close friends of the actors have revealed that Ranveer and Anushka think it is best for them to concentrate on their respective careers for the moment. With offers being showered on the two youngsters, they thought of ending their relationship.
And with Valentine’s Day just a day away, it certainly does not come as good news to all those Anushka-Ranveer jodi fans. Whether or not they think of reconciliation is for time alone to tell.
