Mallika Sherawat got out of Obscenity case which was filed on her during 2006. On the new year eve of 2006, The sexy bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat danced in a five star hotel in Mumbai with a skin- coloured dress which was so glamourous. Vinod Jain , a social activist in mumbai filed a case against Mallika Sherawat , saying that her dressing and dancing in that star hotel was so obscene.
Vinod Jain got tensed again because the performance of the actress was telecasted in many channels and felt it will spoil the minds of society. The session court has dismissed the obscenity case filed against her by Vinod jain . The court concluded that it was a subjective matter of morality only to the person who complained and not to others.
The actress has got a high relief from it and Vinod jain is undeterred and he said that he will not leave this matter as it is and he may take this case to high court.
